Our compelling drive is to help the communities ready to sacrifice for clean water because we know from experience that they will work expeditiously to complete the work and will remain as a sustaining example to the less motivated communities. There are more than enough communities in that category to keep us busy. So, we can leave the others for later.
Secondly, this is God's way of doing things. He expects us to use what we have in our hands. We pray for daily bread. The fact that we pay for bread at the store and till the ground to grow the grain for it does not lessen the reality of God's providence.
