Richard began serving as the LGWI treasurer in 2020, in addition to being the CFO for the American Osteopathic Foundation. Richard has more than two decades of varied accounting experience serving as controller and consultant for Christian ministries, not-for-profit organizations, and contracting firms. He served for 15 years in Ecuador with Christian mission organizations. Richard and his wife Raquel live with their daughter in the Chicago metropolitan area.
